Morning in Florida

This mornig it was a sunny day. The temputure today is going to be 81 degrees that's hot that's good for swimming in the pool. My grandparents have a condo view of all the bulidings and the palm trees.

In Florida it is really sunny and Beautiful. From my view from my grandparents condo you can see the tropical flowers and Palm trees and the pretty sun.

my early morning wake-up!

This morning I had to wake up at 5:45am, I was not happy I had to wake up this early! But I had a 8:38am flight to go to flordia! I could not get out of because i was so tired. so finally i got out of bed. we had to leave at 6 am so i had no choice. i got dress then brushed my hair and teeth and went down stairs we had to take our vitamans before we go. we all got our stuff and we headed to the car. by now it was 6:30 am. then we headed off to the airport.

Exciting news!

my dad told me this febuary were going to utah! i'm so excited were going to utah this winter. we went 2 years ago it was my first time skiing when we went to utah. But this year im going to be way improved i'm going with my dads siters family so my aunt uncle and my cousins. we went with them 2 years ago but this year my mom and my 5 year old brother is going! 2 years ago me and my younger cousin molly and my sister had istructors and my aunt,uncle, dad and my cousins jack and alex went by them selfs. but our instutors were friends with my uncle so he hooked us up with them. but this year i cant wait to go back!

Poster raffle

Today I went to my sisters conference while she was at her friends because here's was not a kid conference . Before that we went to the book fair because I wanted a book I got the book the land of stories I wanted it so bad! So I also wanted a poster but my mom said no. We went to go pay for my book and I saw there was a poster raffle I said mom I can I enter it she said yes I said ya! My mom also had to pay a dollar for the raffle I entered my name and left for the conference. I said I hope I am one of the winners for the raffle!

Today I cracked my I pad mini !

In science today I cracked my iPad in science! So this is the story I had my iPad on the table in mrs Roberts room because i always bring my iPad to science. So when we were watching a video in science I put my elbow on my iPad really hard . Then I heard a cracked it sounded like my iPad i said oh no I cracked my I pad . I was so upset because I promised myself I will not break my I pad. But lukly my dad is taking his I pad in to apple because he his iPad luckily I can take mine too so they can fix it.

My first 5k!

it was the day of the 5k I was so nervous I have never ran this long! The night before I slept at my grandmas house in the morning for breakfast my grampa me me and my sister pancakes and awesome bacon! After I ate my breakfast I went to go get dressed and brush my teeth and hair then went to wait at the door for my mom to come pick me up when my mom picked me up we went to the car we had to go to Kensington metro park in brighten it was hard to find parking because there was so much people but we found a parking spot fast. After we parked we went by my girls on the run group. The person on the loud speaker said all runners we start in five minutes. Then we started my sister was so fast she passed me me and my coach could not even find here because there was so much people. There I was almost at the finish line a couple more steps there I finished when I was looking for my mom they were giving out medals and water. I found my mom after she said good job grace I'm proud of you! After my run I said in my head I can't belive I just ran a 5k!

My sister got stung by a jellyfish published piece

Me and my sister Lily were playing in the deep end  of the ocean in Hilton head, SC and my dad told us before we went out in the ocean he said"don't  go to deep, I'm like "dad were fine we will not go to deep".

  So we went out mild deep and me and my sister just started playing in  the cold salty water! I knew not to go to deep because maybe a jellyfish or a shark will be out there. So my sister said "ow I just got stung by a jellyfish! I rushed to shore to tell my dad 

 "Dad, Lily just got stung by a jellyfish "! 

"He said why did you leave her out there "

 I said sorry it was an emergency'!

 So my dad went to get lily to go to the lifeguard to see if they had anything to get the sting away. So the lifeguard said " Put some olive oil on your sting". So we went to back to our beach spot and my sister just let here knee heal. Meanwhile I felt bad for my sister. Because I just left her out in they ocean half way to shore. This actually this happened to my sister a lot so she was kind of used to it. Luckily I never got stung by a jellyfish . Because I always ran to shore!  I know don't go to deep because there are jellyfish out there and you do not want to get stung because it hurts! My moral of my story is never leave someone behind.

Chaptre 3

Finally we can fly!

Finally were ready to take off were in row first class! We get all this amazing food and drinks. I was so exited. First thing i did was get my stuff settled i grabbed my i pad and starting wacthing a movie it was called Alice and wonderland the new version not the cartoon. The flight was about 3 to 5 hours that was long i'v never been on flight that long only when i was about 5 years old when we were going to hawaii. It has been and hour passed i'm still on my i pad but i was reading the news there was a  killer near by the california area i got really nervous about that beacuse it was near the airport where we were landing.

Hail!!!

Yesterday I was playing outside around 4:00 And it was raining earlier . So I went to go in side but I was heading inside so I was still outside and I felt some thing weird it was not rain it was hail! Omg I never felt hail before so I stayed outside while it was hailing. Hail was hitting everywhere it made such a loud sound it thot it was cool. I tried to get hail on my mouth but I could not. I wanted to bring hail in but I melted fast! That's the last time I'll play in hail

As we got of our car to go drop off by this nice gentlemen he said i will take your car to park over the weekend while you guys have a nice vacation #2349** Lvl2 my mom said thank you...frank sorry i  could not find your name tag! It's okay Mrs.High i usually kept it by my pocket but i never put i on today because i was rushing! here we are, the airport the airport was big really big!!! We checked in our luggages at the mid front. Now the big part was i half to wait in a long security line i usually bring a purse,phone,computer and ipad. When your in line for security you do not half to take your shoes off if you are under the age of 12. After we got done with security we went to wait by our gate for the plane. It was a long walk we were at flight 42A. When we got we had to wait it was not fun!

Chapter 1 Heading For The Airport

Hello my name is Emily Im 10 years old born on January 10th 1999 I have 2 parents and a brother 

named Matt he's 13 my moms name is Alisha and my dads name is Joe. I live in Virginia. my parents said we should go on a vacation to vist grandma and grandpa in San Diego, California. Since we only see them once a year when they come vist us in Virginia. So tonight were packing to go see grandma and grandpa. I'm super exited! Our flight is at 12:00pm but in grandma and grandpa time its 10:00am. My mom said ready lets head to the airport before we left we locked up the whole house. it is a 10 minute drive to the airport. Now we packed the car our luggage's were like as heavy as a elephant! now were on the road while we were driving i was looking at all the stores and street names finally were here!
